By purchasing tuning services from Motor Masters LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the customer”) agree to the following:

1.1. Service Scope:
Our services include remote tuning, data logging reviews, and adjustments to enhance vehicle performance. Results vary based on vehicle condition, modifications, and environmental factors.

1.2. Customer Responsibility:

• You must provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle’s current condition and modifications.
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in good mechanical condition before tuning.
  1.3. Third-Party Components:
• We are not responsible for the performance or failure of third-party parts installed on your vehicle.

2. Waiver of Liability

2.1. Vehicle Damage:
Tuning inherently involves risks. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of mechanical failure, wear, or damage to your vehicle. Motor Masters LLC is not liable for any damage resulting from tuning services.

2.2. Warranty Voidance:
Performance tuning may void manufacturer warranties. You assume full responsibility for any warranty claims denied due to tuning.

2.3. Usage:
Our tunes are for off-road and competition use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and federal laws regarding vehicle modifications.

3. Vehicle Compliance

3.1. Legal Compliance:
It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains compliant with emissions, noise, and other regulations in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Emissions Disclaimer:
Some tuning solutions may render your vehicle non-compliant with emissions standards. We do not condone or encourage the use of non-compliant vehicles on public roads.

3.3. Certifications:
Our tuning files are not CARB (California Air Resources Board) or EPA-certified unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. No Refunds for Completed Services:
Once tuning files have been delivered or services performed, no refunds will be issued.

4.2. Refund Requests:
Refund requests for unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A 15% administrative fee may apply.

4.3. Incompatibility:
If your vehicle is deemed incompatible with our tuning solutions during the initial review, a refund may be issued minus a consultation fee.

4.4. Digital Products:
No refunds will be provided for digital products or licenses once they have been downloaded or activated.

5. Support & Adjustments

5.1. Tuning Adjustments:
We offer a limited number of revisions as part of our tuning package. After the limit is reached, additional charges may apply.

5.2. Technical Support:
Support is available during regular business hours. We are not responsible for issues caused by hardware malfunctions, user error, or third-party software.

6. Customer Agreement

By purchasing our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Motor Masters LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of our products or services.
